Okay there were two problems. One is the same 1/2 garage spot that was messed up in 1.90 is still in the middle of T17 but in addition to that the AIW is set to have 3 garages for each pit yet none of the 3rd garages were actually set to they were all sitting at the start finish in the middle of the track. I switched it to have 2 garages per pit and then moved the 1/2 garage back to were it belongs.

You can download the fixed AIW here:

You will just need to put this in the original mas file and then repack the component with a new version number.

I made a 9min video of the whole process for anyone who is interested:

In this video I use two of my tools. To install the original rfcmp into DevMode I use this tool:
    http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/18947-MAS-file-extractor-rfcmp-Installer

Then to repackage the original component I use this tool:

Great help. Hopefully you have forwarded to the author so a proper update can be released?

I'm sure VLM knows how to fix it on their own. I was simply providing a fixed AIW for leagues that don't want to wait for the next official release of the track.

I don't think this is a ego stuff. The author/modder needs to keep the total control of his own stuff because you don't know how that new package has been done. How the new AIW it is working, if that package it's using latest assets, how new MAS have been compressed and if they're now hosting offenders etc etc. Also a modder don't have to mess with his own developing, jumping here and there through the web ...to check if someone released the same component using a intermediate numeration and then cross check everything between his local side and those unauthorized versions.

See said it 3 years ago this is what sucks .

It is a great system but open rfm gives as much importance to "everything and anything"

It is not fair to modders

If ISI and say a expert modders committee had control of what rfm's were deemed " acceptable" we would not have to put up with it.

Block the rest and have them unannounced , they still be free to run what they like on their own server but they could not use GET MOD.

That's my thought, whether you like it or not........... I don't really give a rats arse

Lol... the guy spend his time to sort the things out and it is deleted because "non-official" stuff? So call it as a unofficial patch or the hell.

    Laughable.

Let me requote it for you then:

    1. Conversion, modification or re-use of any part from Virtua_LM Sebring for rFactor 2 is not allowed.
    2. Modification of the packaged file is not allowed.
    3. Rehosting this software under any other kind of packaging is not allowed.

We should be glad some modders still spend time on creating original content for rF2. If they so want, let them decide about what and when patches are released, due to reasons Tuttle explained above.
