    Thanks for the update!

It's been awhile since I did a fresh Lite install, so I'm taking this opportunity to cleanse my install of less desireable content. That's also given me the chance to give the new mod manager interface a workout. And... I guess I like the changes there. Certainly makes the interface clean. I do miss getting the package's header info and hope that function is added back with, say, a right-click menu or properties button.

It looks like they've left that one out for this simplified mod manager in the launcher. If you go and run the ModMgr from the Bin32 folder you'll be able to change the "working folder" like before. Hopefully.

Wow ISI! The look is totally natural! I went in a server with URD and Malaysia to take a quick look and ended up lapping way longer then intended :) So beautiful, Thanks!

I was having some problems with packages on a different computer but solved it by mapping the folder to a network drive. (Thanks F1Fan07)

    Enjoy!

Weird shadows are appearing. Here's the one I'm seeing for the ISI 370z at ISI Lime Rock:

    View attachment 16266

Edit: happens at most ISI tracks I've tested (Lime Rock, new Malaysia, Mores), doesn't matter which ISI car. ISI track where it doesn't happen is Palm Beach. Doesn't happen with 3rd party tracks like Harris Hill.

Solved: Since it appeared to be a shadow problem, I started cycling through the shadow settings to see if there was a workaround. No shadow, no problem. Then low shadow, no problem. Eventually I got back to max shadows with max shadow blur and no problem. Something on the graphics card must have gotten stuck? It certainly wasn't a heat problem because the stone cold computer this morning still had the problem.

HDR no longer overexposes the cockpit view so cars with tinted windows will now be very obvious and probably need an update. The default URD cars are like this too. What is great is cockpit view now looks identical to bonnet view (assuming the cars have clear windows) unlike older builds.

Thanks Noel, yes thought it more likely to be the need for modders to adjust to new tonemapping . Seems some modders don't have too ie. Pixels GTO. noticed from replay cameras that inside the Apex cars is still over exposed from an external view. BTW tried with HDR on and off and with it on got a strange circular haze on rear of car ?

I think it is either ......

    player.JSON

    [Graphics]
    "Transparency AA":false,
"Transparency AA#":"Soften edges around alpha test objects",

    or

Using mixed AA can be cause.

I get strange graphic effect when Soft Particles (low or high) is set, otherwise everything works fine. GTX 970, latest drivers.

I guess, this is the Heat FX Fade Bug. Thought, this was fixed in the last Build? However, just change the value in the player.json:

    0=disabled
