    SLI has a damaging latency, regardless, made worse most often by people choosing to sync with video. Single card is always better for speed, but it should 'work' at a price.

    honestly , the new interface seems much worse than the last , the letters stand out very badly, and overall I like much less

    Somebody reported in-game's Anisotropic Filtering settings not working - I can confirm this, having the same problem. Forcing AF through NV control panel works.

    SLI on other side is working as usual.. with SLI+HDR+Multiview still being broken in triple screen, so you need to sacrifice either Multiview or HDr..

    Thanks for the Update, ISI. FFB feels a bit weaker, very heavy rattling, after reload rf2, the rattling was gone (fresh install Lite). Wich is very bad, the virtual mirror are (HDR off) very dark. You can`t see anything in the virtual mirror, when HDR is switched off. Tested with Sao Paulo and Megane.

    the video performance looks different. I still have 150-200fps but now I have a bit of stuttering while driving at ISI Silverstone track with the F1 92 (v1.70) cars.

    I strongly agree about the underwhelming looks and design, but I disagree about functionality. All needed setup parameters are there, now with specific areas bundled together instead of spread across the page.

    iRacing has that title, both menu and in-car, as it's a progression from the nice NR2003 UI. Assetto Corsa's looks sharp but is messy and sometimes unintuitive, and the page to check for laptimes is horrendous. rF2's comes in ahead of R3E though (and pCARS isn't released so it doesn't make the list).

    Added another line in the release notes under TIRES that I didn't think made it into this build, but apparently did...

    - Added some control for tires in the wet (cooling, EARLY version of aquaplaning). Uses WetConductance=(<multiplier_by_dampness>,<multiplier_by_wetness>,<reserved1>,<reserved2>) ... Dampness is non-standing water. Wetness is standing water. As the track gets wet, dampness goes from 0.0-1.0 and then wetness goes from 0.0-1.0.

    Thanks for the update, ISI.

    I'm happy with the new UI in general, for me the overall look is nice. I don't much like the gigantic position indicator on the replay timeline but that's a minor gripe.
    Very pleased to finally see clouds displayed in practice/qualifying session replays, been waiting for that.

    Aquaplanning!

    So it rains,
    The track gets damp (moving water)

    rain stops
    the track gets wet (standing water) till it dries out

    and aquaplanning happens on which case? (shud be both i think?)

    so theres 2 types of wet condition now (OR tires wet model)....Very very good progress ISI

    For some reason I got SLI working. But I was a bad scientist and change two variables at same time: installed 930b and 347.52 nVidia driver at the same time.

    Look at this FPS all maxed + SLI + 29 cars infront of me:

    It's 30% higher than single 980 GTX fps. No stutters detected as well.

    Edit and Offtopic: Is it me or AIW file of Laguna Seca is screwed? AI drives like ****.

    You are getting those with HDR and Multiview both enabled? Using triple screen?

    Without Multiview I have around 120 fps in SLI @ Triple Screen 5800x1080.
    With Multiview ON it goes down to around 35-40.

    Single Screen + HDR.

    No multiview, all reflections High / High.

    I decided to post it because in previous builds I was completely blocked from use SLI due missing FPS and adding heavy stuttering even in single view.

    Maybe the new work on tire pressures will get us closer to an update to the Dallara? (well, it sounded plausable)

    If you type dxdiag in Start>Run, can it detect your CPU?

    With windows fonts at 100 % legacy hdr enabled works on my installation.
