the road course chicane is slightly different, as are some of the run-offs. And with the karting track it seems to me to be the exact same layout, but what is pretty obvious, is that in rF2 it is in a field of grass, while in real-life that place is a parking lot. Also, while the layout itself seems to match, the pitlane is different So there are differences, but it isn't to hard to see where this track is inspired from
This looks awesome, going to try it real soon. One thing I don't understand though... Why only a reverse version of the long version of the kart track? Why not a reverse version of the short version as well, and even the oval on top of that? It's the same deal with the 4 Quebec kart tracks - having reverse versions of all four of those would instantly double the amount of tracks, which would in-turn provide us with double the experiences and joys and double the tracks to try and conquer ...
And I thought the DW12 was good fun around Indianapolis .... this track is something else! Great job ISI
Love the track but something is wrong when running in the rain for me.. tried both the FR3.5,Civic and the URD and my top speed is about 100Km/h feels like I am driving with the hand brake on...(Road Course)
hey guys I just test the oval, but it seem that the track is suffering the same bug as the old silverstone... the IA go into their pitsbox and they are staying there forever in practice... If I remember correctly, that means that in a race they will never pit. can someone confirm this ? did not test other layout
Just had a really enjoyable league race here with Alec's Endurance GT's - 50min timed race with a bit of rain during quali to spice up the grid order.. And Olivier Fortin - really enjoyed our own race, we finished neck & neck, & you're welcome to come back & race with us anytime The tyre walls are a bit aggressive though - sort of rip the front right off of your car if you brush them
I had that with my Camaro the other day. Then again, I shouldn't have hit the tyre wall in the first place, lol. Nice track ISI, thank you.
Ok I figured it out... (I did a clean install and forgot that to turn off all the aids)...Breaking help turned ON was causing this.) Unexpected behaviour non the less I think .... breaking is being applied on high speed sections of the track.
Holy moly Spark F1 at speedway 30 lap race... dead after 10... loved every minute of it... face hurts from grinning so wide and laughing so hard... Good times these
I noticed that on the short oval in the infield but those infield oval races don't have pit stops in real life.
lol, I allready did the exact same thing I think I had a megane though, or maybe a GT (most likely corvette).
I don't know if this counts as a bug but on the kart layouts during the first lap the AI always hit some cones onto the track and on the next lap they appear to become ultra solid so when I clip one it's enough to flip my kart.
