I have 980 too and what uses to give me stutter is the refresh rate of my monitor non matching with the rF2 video settings config.

    1 GPU 80-90 FPS
    2 GPUs 120+ FPS

Still need to keep reflections OFF. AA Level 2 or 3.

And what happens when you set your reflections to the max (both)?

Thanks, I'll perform more few tests based on your numbers / resolution.

Yes, with both reflections fully off then you get at least some sort of positive scaling (not good scaling, but better than nothing). Could you please be so kind as to do the same test but with both reflections at "low", and then both at "high/full"? It would be some nice info for us :) , I'm very curious myself to see the numbers.

EDIT: Just saw your reflections full/full results. Terrible SLI scaling as expected :(

Can you try reflections @ low/low?

Not as bad on low/low reflections... but still better than 2 GPUs

    1 GPU 85-115 FPS
    2 GPUs 81-110 FPS

I had some time to futz around with this tonight and found something amazing.

I followed the instructions here: http://www.blurbusters.com/zero-motion-blur/lightboost/

...and found a way to get blur free quality like we get in 3D, but in 2D mode (tricking the monitors into turning on lightboost). The result is amazing. Games look more like they were played on CRT monitors, and my LCD panels actually display everything more clearly. I don't know if this is what gsync looks like, but what a difference it makes!
