Yes, i think he mean orientation and/or spring and damping characteristic of cockpit view. Agree with MMartin, he should take a closer look at this real head motion plugin.

I can be wrong but from my understanding he's complaining about the abrupt shock-absorber movement, indeed at 13 seconds there's a strange "jumpy" movement of car's suspension. In this case I think real head plugin can't do much.
