Some day, we'll get to a 1.0, but no change from status above. So many tracks need help with AI and other issues. The few people talented enough to do a proper job on these things are stretched very thin.
Love this Track always have!...Great update in the .70 Version, AI Path is much better and better Road Texture?.....I tried installing the 0.71 Update file but it gives me a Skyboxi Error when run the Track?....Any Fixes? Thanks for the work on this, One of my Top Ten Faves ever since Toca!
Same problem here. When i install/update to v 0.71, all files of v 0.7 are deleted. What works is to install v 0.7, and copy the whole 0.7 folder from ..\Installed\Locations\THRUXTON\ folder to e.g. the desktop, update to v 0.71 and then move the whole 0.7 folder from the desktop, back into the ..\Installed\Locations\THRUXTON\ folder.
Same, 0.71 update removed those files. Tried the above (though they had no .mas extension) and track still wouldn't load at all, sat on zero progress bar. 0.70 was ok. Nice track, love the British tracks. Thanks!
Sorry, was my fault . After installing the V 0.7, copy the whole 0.7 folder to e.g. the desktop, then install update to 0.71 and then move the 0.7 folder from the desktop back into the THRUXTON folder. EDIT seems to be a problem with Build 880, with 860 it updates the track without deleting files and it works normal after updating the track.
Yes!!! 880 has a new way of installing that auto-uninstalls previous versions. Just remembered that. It obviously can't tell the difference between an update and a full package replacement
Thanks guys, copying the whole 0.7 folder elsewhere and back worked fine. Also explains why I couldn't update Poznan to 1.1. Cheers!
here too, all update tracks like Truxton 071 and Poznan101 not work in the update version, only 0.70 or 1.0 (Build 880) ?
Yes, seems to be a Bug in Build 880. Just update in the for Thruxton 0.71 described way, should work similar for Poznan too. For updating Thruxton to V 0.71 do this:
Truxton-Poznan Truxton Version 0.71 incl. all updates= download ? Poznan V1.01 incl. update download = http://www.internationalsimracing.com/forum/index.php?topic=2291.0 Poznan is good.
That is only the update file, unfortunately. Permission granted for anyone who can combine into one v0.71 consolidated file and post for everyone's convenience.
