I don't want to jinx myself however I should report that I have not had a CTD related to this plugin since upgrading to v13. Sweet so far :)

Still running well cosimo except one small issue. When racing against the AI if I restart the race after an accident then the plugin also stops working on restart. I've tried the hot key and also switching plugins off & then back on. I guess I need to get better at driving and not crash out ;)

G'Day Cosimo. Do you use Sebs realheadmotion plugin? I was chatting with him as it seems to conflict with your plugin. It is moving the delta time around the screen and also chnaging the size of the font.

    His response was:-

Here is an example:- I normally have this positioned top of centre with smaller font.

Is there anything that can be done on your side?

    Yes, I think there is.

First of all, do you only enable the delta number and keep the bars/backgrounds off? If not, there's probably other problems in addition to what you mentioned.
If having only the delta number is your own choice, then there is definitely something that could be investigated.

To determine the position of the plugin graphics (bars and number) I use the plugin API reported screen width and height, and center them based on those dimensions.
I could verify if with both plugins installed, something changes in the way rF2 reports screen width and height.

IIRC that is the ScreenOptionsV01 data structure.

But I'm on vacation currently and without access to compiler and debugging tools, so you will have to wait...

In the meantime, you could try to customize the INI file and set fixed positions for the delta number. I believe I documented how to do this in the INI file that comes with the plugin zip archive (DeltaBest.ini.sample or something like that).

Yes mate I only have the numbers.

    No stress mate enjoy it..

I already do this as I like them higher up. I'll try moving them somewhere else to see if behaves like it should.

    Cheers cosimo.

    :D:D:D:D:D

Love it! One thing that is messing with my head and I didn't see a way to configure via .ini is that green = good = left and bad = red = right but I associate good = right and bad = left but when i think about it maybe it does make sense to go to left be left also = negative = less time = faster lap but still if I could change it via config I would for it to move to the right b/c right = good and I could overlook negative = left

Anyway, just in case easy and you agree that some may associate good = right.

Thanks again for this great tool. :D:D:D

    There isn't a version for rF1.
I'm not sure what it would take to build it, but I don't own rF1 and I'm not interested in it, so probably it won't happen.

    Move on to rF2 ;-)

I have BAR disabled, and if posible, I want the numbers centered, like old versions, you said some time ago is supposed to be centered if BAR is disabled, but it is moving like with BAR enabled.
I tryed the values for old version: Left,Right,Top,Bottom . But they dont work.
Im sorry, but I prefer the old way, simple static numbers, is that posible with v13?

    Thanks you.

I believe you should copy the included DeltaBest.example.ini into DeltaBest.ini and set the "Enabled" property of the "[Bar]" section to zero.

What if I wanted to make a version for rF1?
Does anybody have experience in making rF1 plugins as opposed to rF2?

    Thanks,
