I have registered, paid the subscription, downloaded some additional content but can't get into the sim. The launcher only allows me to access the demo. I tried going to the purchase tab, signing in, it says "Hello Peter" but when I click "Activate rFactor2" it tells me "license could not be found". Also I can't find any support button, is this the only avenue for technical help?
Have you logged in on the simulate tab ,then activate if you need to. Back up the .rFactor folder in AppData/Roaming , this is your activation license in case you reformat or it gets deleted for some reason.
You've logged in on the purchase tab with the email you used during purchasing, right? If you perhaps tried to buy rf2 before and failed, or refunded, and used a different email this time, it obviously won't find a purchase on the wrong email.
