On the historic side, in no particular priority order:
1965-69 Road America (narrower & barren compared to modern times)
1965-69 Bridgehampton
1965-69 Mont Tremblant
1965-69 Riverside International Raceway (prekink), 3 layouts
1965-69 Laguna Seca (right side pits, no infield)
1965-69 Virgina International Raceway
1965-69 Watkins Glen, 2 layouts
1965-70 Seattle International Raceway
1970 Riverside International Raceway (kink), 3 layouts
1970 Road Atlanta (left side pits, no chicane before final turn under bridge)
1971 Laguna Seca (left side pits, no infield)
1971 Watkins Glen (no F1 temporary chicane), 4 layouts
Ontario Motor Speedway (highly neglected '70s oval & road course)

If I had to pick priority, historic Riverside & Road Atlanta are highest.

Barber Motorsport Park! I love all tracks with elevation changes, and barber has quite some of them!

I would like to see some of the best fictional rF1 tracks updated and improved to work with rF2...

There is that name again!

 

Wow...never heard of it, but looks very impressive and very suitable for rF2, especially if they include reverse versions of the 4 layouts. Nice clean website design, too, which seems to be a rarity for race tracks. Who knows anyone there well enough to see if they would like some free publicity by allowing ISI to recreate their facility?

Of course I also like most of the other more predictable suggestions in the thread, but this one would seem to have at least a small chance of becoming official.

 

Would love to see Potrero de los Funes.

 

For me 60s charade, that's one insane track with elevation.
