Its just too intense to race others on the sharp end,
too much work pushing 100% all laps in long races,
even the tiniest mistakes make you suffer
    need....those...tenths....
Just one mistake from the bastard in front...pls..
    so easy to overdrive
    ruin the tires
    but they come back
    Oh no they didn't!

I'm getting too old for this stuff, sweating all over, hands hurt, back hurts, I actually forget to breath regularly and its giving me headaches.

So thx allot ISI, pretty awesome :)

Lol, and +1 to that. :)

I actually fire up all my current sims lately, but to be honest, rF2 is just the best package. And even the graphics are getting noticeably better now in the latest builds.
The echo of your own engine noise coming back at you between the walls of the main straight of Sebring while looking into a low hangin' sun is just too awesome, along with all the dynamics which really make the difference for me. Tire management, real road, weather...

And it's getting better. I can see rFactor 2 finally pulling people from their beloved rFactor 1 sometime this year. The time is right to change, at least that's my opinion.

believe or not i am actually now comming thru quite unpleasant left hand bonds infection, because my FFB on rF2 is too strong :) and i dont care I am not going to loosen it up. i will simply force my body to deal with it. .

    Take 2 " Panadol " , If pain persist see the " Doctor " ... Please insert " Beer's " .. and " Beer Fridge " respectively between the previous quotation marks ;) Works for me :D

even with its drawbacks .. i agree

    soaked with sweat

lack of inhale exhale for laps on end

and the pumped arms due to the best force feedback out there

I don't remember any Sim making my heart pound that hard while trying to catch and then try to make a pass. The physics the graffix the FFB all work very well together.
    Great Sim ISI

hehe, this is a really good post on why RF2 is different from all else.
whatever you do, will effect your race later on. especially in long races, this adds a whole new layer of challenges to manage. and in RF2 it finally makes sense, to have different setups for qualifying and races, one giving best times, the other preserving your tires
    love it!

What? Your not wearing your racing gloves? Mechanics gloves would work wonders! Don't forget the powerful fan for open-wheelers.
