you have to remember, that their software is running on our systems and keep in mind that ISI will suspect this and therefore they also search there for a containment

Also a CTD when i try to go online.

I see the message Waiting for respons and after 5 sec i get a CTD.

    Windows 8.1 64 bits

I have delete the shaders and CBash.
Try to join with a new plr file.

    Still having problems.

I have nothing change about the mods or locations.
    Use the auto update.

    Offline it works fine.

Thnx Tim, that's some good news.

You sound like a great candidate for ISI!! Put in a job application right now!! Your people skills are a perfect fit too. I bet you would never release a build with a bug..... yes... you are that good.

Last I heard before I went to bed, Jeremy needed Jonathon to finalize what he did. Jonathon had gone home. Jeremy was up and working when I went to bed at 1am I don't know what happened after that.

I also confirm that the matchmaker has a problem because with the Opera browser I no longer have access to the matchmaker but with Firefox I get there without worries

It is the raw JSON from the MM server.

FWIW I can create create a server that gives "location_name":"". It seems to occur when using Hockenhiem v0.77, this seems to be the track F1Elite RJCha server is using.

In the GDB the venue name line should be Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg, if you notice the SantaF1 server is using same track and its "location_name" reads as "Hockenheimring Baden-W\ufffcrttemberg" which doesn't look right!

Your exactly right. I am in contact with the admin. He took the server down. I am going to repack the track so he can bring it back up without taking everyone down. For now everyone should be able to refresh the MM without a crash now.

Only fly in the ointment is before I saw your post #50 I'd been seeing if the MM was still getting stuck on parsing then crashing as it was yesterday but so far it hasn't crashed once (yet) even with those servers up.

Workes like a charm for me... had been stuck with 99.9% ctd´s but now at least I can get into MP and see the serverlist.
    Thanks !!

Yeah it's such a croc that everyone who didn't say things the way he did, didn't have any issue. Like you, you're saying something negative, but you're doing it in an acceptable way. Do you recognize that, or choose to see a problem because it makes posting here more interesting for you? It happened based on his first post. I quoted his second, his second post being less of a problem has nothing to do with it.

He had a point, he needed to make it in a different way. If everyone with a negative opinion were being banned, you'd have a right to say what you're saying. Otherwise, you're the one with the selective issue it seems.

You can try, I'm not sure the software allows it.

Meanwhile at the same time, Jonathon made changes, and now I don't know whether he fixed it or not. :)

It's escaped properly, but if it is unicode data for a "ü" character, it should be escaped as \u00fc, not \ufffc.
