I have requested permission and have begun converting Crimson Road from rFactor 1 to rFactor 2. With much help from community members and information in this forum, I have the track in game now but there is much work to be done before beta. My goal is to bring many of the great rFactor 1 "rally-type" tracks to rF2. Here is my review of the rF1 track:

Awesome!! I want it! I want it now! Just spent the last few days at Joux planes (AC)...but you get pissed of by the three big holes in the road surface Can't wait for such a track in RF2!

I bow before your brilliance in comparing a WIP Conversion of a game title with something else and remarking on absence of visual excellence... I mean, you *could* have made the effort to search youtube for an actually finished track with some finished cars... (Nordschleife/AMG SLS for example...) but then, that wouldn't quite support your childish trolling, no? Seriously people, if you are that unhappy with RF2 (and it's evident in your posting history that you are Tony) then don't let the door hit you on the arse.
sry for you that you see everything through your rose colored glasses, I ask the ? as its nearly half my life ago that the game I linked too was made, the scenery, trees, hills even track surface looks not much further advanced, does it? Your statement seems like your just another trolling fanboy. I never said anything else about the game, like ffb, handling bla bla bla, they have improved no? Look, the point is that you are comparing a WIP CONVERSION of a third party track. To something else and even that something else looks a lot worse. Do you know what a WIP CONVERSION is? Do I need to spell it out for you? Do you know what 3rd Party means? Do I need to spell that out for you? I could show you videos all day of top RF2 content in proper lighting settings that looks as good as anything out there. But as you obviously have already chosen to be unhappy with RF2 seeing your post history, just please go somewhere else.
