Hey guys, I want to know if there is a way to use Atlas, just like Motec, to analyse the telemetry ? Do we have to install a plugin ? Change something somewhere ? Thanks.
Someone would have to make a plugin to use with Atlas and I doubt anybody has. Motec is much, much more user friendly than Atlas IMO.
Not familiar with Atlas, but making an rF2 plugin for it would be very similar (actually slightly easier) to making one for rF1. The plugin interface is nearly identical, with the added bonus rF2 is spitting out data at 100Hz regardless of the current framerate, so you don't have to worry about 'filling in' missing frames of data. Of course the actual rF1 plugin won't work with rF2, unfortunately.
You need a plugin to generate the files from the rF2 data. I'm guessing you didn't make one for rF1, so you probably have to wait for someone to do it.
I can knock up a telemetry plugin that will export a CSV that you can import into ATLAS. I haven't got time today but I'll have a go at it before I start work tomorrow.
I managed to get something going at lunchtime, still need some work to get all the channels in the right format though.
