Yeah When there are need for positions updates. You have to remove wifi first for a good diagnose path. Please do so and we'll investigate further. What´s your os 32 or 64 bits one?
64. Happened again. About 10 minutes chating on server, when i get to track, connection lost. edit: now go find an 6m ethernet cable... This gonna take time
WiFi is notorious for working fine for years and then going to crap for no obvious reason. Some new appliance in the house could be creating noise or maybe a neighbor made a change to their wifi which is impacting you. Microwaves interfere. The list goes on and on. I wouldn't race with WiFi if you paid me. It could be something else but eliminating a very know problem would be a good start.
Yes, i've got 3 or 4 laptops here and one is always disconnecting every 5 minutes ... On arma3, i have to look if players have a bad ping, usually i can recognise one wifi connexion : simple, it´s the only one with 30ms more ping than the other players. And this player makes everybody lag
So it works (at least with 2 cars on track or watching a 8 players race). The last major change that i maid, thinking in what Noel said too, was forcing channel 6 on wifi. In auto he picks 1 i think). And change router to higher place (excellent signal says windows). Did not change back channel to auto to see what happens. edit: and many thanks to you and all
