    Ingredients

    3 free-range eggs

salt and freshly ground black pepper

    10g/½oz unsalted butter

30g/1oz Comté, Montgomery cheddar or blue cheese, grated

1 thick slice ham, finely chopped

    Preparation method

Gently beat the eggs together in a mixing bowl and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat the butter in an omelette pan until foaming. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook for a few seconds, until the bottom of the omelette is lightly set.

Push the set parts of the omelette into the uncooked centre of the omelette. Cook again, until the omelette has set further, then push those set parts into the centre of the omelette again.

Repeat the process until the eggs have just set but the omelette is still soft in the centre.

Place the cheese and three-quarters of the ham into the centre of the omelette and cook until the cheese has melted.

Increase the heat to high and cook the omelette for a further 30 seconds, or until it browns on the bottom.

Fold the omelette in half, then remove the pan from the heat and tilt it slightly to move the omelette to the edge of the pan. Slide the omelette onto a serving plate, then shape it into a neat roll. Sprinkle over the remaining ham.

I personally find it rather troublesome when it starts raining radiators. But luckily I have a strong umbrella.

    First things first with Windows8....
    Get start8.
I absolutely hated the silly tablet interface before using it.
Scrolling over to the right just to get a menu to shutdown....really?

    @Durge....
Did you try the 326.01 driver?
That's the one I'm currently using for my GTX670.
It is smooth and very stable in my system...even at Silverstone.
I'm getting around 65-72 fps average (in cockpit) with everything maxed out... including shadows. The only thing I have turned off is movies.
Had a great race there a few minutes ago in the Megane.

Oh dear do I have to ? :(

    hehehe ;)

    I tried 360.01 beta ( EDIT doh 326.01 )

    http://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2013/0...lease-preview-now-available-2/comment-page-1/

Have you the ability to switch back to W7 with this build and compare because I can and I get a drop not much.....or are you basing performance gain on old builds and drivers in W7 ?

When/if most top benchtest sites start using W8 I most likely will.

( That would tell me drivers and such have matured enough to give definitive results
or they would be all using W8 for reviews now wouldn't they by now ? if not why not ?

Nah I tell lies, poxy tablet crap, lol, W7 will do me fine till next windoze.

What that was not funny ?

    I thought it was hilaryarse

    Bill?

Move the pointer to the left down corner and you have the same Windows as Vista, 7, etc.
