As suggested by someone, I have now added the possibility to set the minimum laps a driver has to do to get points. So in the case below, if a driver does less that 90% of the total laps, then he gets nada points. If this setting is left empty, the system ignores it and assign the points as usual.

Hehehe, yeah, it is over heating a bit mate, especially since I am also busy with other projects. So this version will be the last for a while now (apart from the quick bug fixing) as I need to work on something else now.

I'm packaging the new release to be tested....do you need help install it? It includes your Listener requests as mentioned above. Upgrade from last version will be a bit difficult since I changed many things but re-installing the new version should be straight forward.

    Let me know

    Cheers

Hi, I updated the sql to be compatible with phpmysql as well. File attached.

Note that this week I am releasing 0.9.5.0 so maybe you better wait a bit for the latest version. It has many enhancements over 0.9.1.3

    Cheers

Release 0.9.5.0 is now available. I highly recommend you make a fresh full install if possible as the update is a bit tricky and might not be 100% ok, but I tried on some servers and it worked. The document has not been updated to the latest, especially when it comes to the Listener since I am too busy with other things. If you encounter an issue or need to ask me something, or help with the install, just send me an email and I'll gladly help.

    Cheers

Running flawlessly here Stefan. Thanks for all the hard work and for making yourself available when we didn't know what we were doing.

  16. Considering using a new FLT/Livetiming - would it be possible to run this on a different server than the actual race server where rf2 is installed?
Only using the FLT or Livetiming.

I havent looked into the files just yet.

    Hi Jimmi,

Sure, no problem at all. Actually you can have a separate rF2 server, web server and database server or a mixture of the 3. Let me know if you need help with the install and make sure you have the latest version 0.9.5.0.

    Cheers

  18. Awesome - less stress on the raceserver :)
Let me try this later when i get home.

Yeah definitely. The listener only takes little cpu and ram but the web and db can eat some resources so better not be on same server.

Having said that, I know some communities having everything on same server but it depends on the hardware, how many rF2 users, web connections, bandwidth etc etc...

  20. 40 cars with between 2-5 drivers per car, so no need for more stress hehe.
First hurdle - i cant find the file to download hehe. Not included in the first post?
