thanks for the update.very good job.i have a problem with the the darche sound.it comes to much from the left on my headphones.and when i look behind it comes more from the right.

Tested all 3 (or 6 rather) new cars, and I'll need a lot more testing to really get an opinion on them. I love the model and sounds of the Arthur-Merlin, it's an awesome car. Still finding the 'spin-out under high-speed braking' thing with the AM and Bayro, but only infrequently...might be driving style or lack of ABS or both. Darche is still fine.

Just curious... what is the difference between the AM/Bayro tires and the Darche tires? With the AM and Bayro, the tires start out the session heated up to 135 degrees or so and start to cool, while the Darche tires start out at around 85 degrees, completely cool. Are the tires actually different, or is this simulating pre-heated tires, or is it something else entirely?

 

That sounds strange, never got that one. Not sure if we can adjust that actually as i have no option for from wich direction sound should actually come from. Got it only with Darche or you didnt test others yet?

 

Usually all should load as they are same named but ive tested this only with Bayro few times, some values for temperature so i have to copy all into each car folder in future. Other than temperature is all the same.

On the server, for some reason Loch Drummond decided to rain in race (although set to dry..) what followed was comical. But brilliant at the same time. Congrats to the guys that finished! LOL

 

Am I the only one who has quite a big input lag while steering? (only talking about the Bayro because the other cars don't have a steering wheel yet^^)

One thing I've noticed there don't seem to be any sounds for the rev limiter. Not sure if that's intended or not as this is the first build I've had.

 

Yes, we need to make some good ones and i have taken the one i had out for now but good to point me on that. I forgot about it actually to.

I've been racing this car/track combo for the last two hours, with 29 AI in changeable conditions. AMAZING! rF2 comes alive once again.

 

Thanks Ales. Is it me or is the Darche a bit shaky in the cockpit like old DTM mod. Seems to vibrate a lot more than the first Darche
