Might be tight on time to get a stable before xmas, assuming ISI are working even the rest of this week.

IMO Unstable release mean a release not fully tested, so it can be unstable. If they found a problem enough big, like a show stopper, one driving to a crash, etc. it can't be released as an unstable release. In other words: an unstable release could be a stable release after intensiv tests. They will not release an unstable release if they know it have some big problems inside.... Just my opinion, could be wrong of course.

IOO (in our opinion) it's a release candidate. It should be bug free or close to it, we find out from you if it is, probably within a matter of hours. If we KNOW already it isn't, it would be a bit silly to release in any form, especially as one problem can create others and you wind up with big reports that don't exist if you fix the single cause.

Internally. After internal it'll go unstable public, then full public.

Thanks for the explanation. IMHO "Release Candidate" is a better term to use on this forum too (not only internally), immediately understandable, and more accurate (cause here we talk about "unstable release" which could be "stable" in fact after community tests) ;) off course, it's just my opinion ;)

Mmmmm, new internal build? Thanks for the update :)

As Tim implied, hopefully this one will live a very short and successful "unstable" life and become a normal update in time for the holiday season :) Now if only my Fanatec shifter would get here! I received the table clamp for it (tease!!!), but not the shifter itself.
