Great new car & tire feel. Frame rate is still iffy here but I'm noticing some audio cut-out in the new Corvette. Not all the time but mostly at lower speeds, the engine sounds clip & cut out. I did lose connection when the 17th car joined a session. I hopped into another server afterwards & lost connection there within 5 minutes - never happened before this build. Apart from that, the sim is coming along nicely.
I just knew it! When I tried signing in this morning and couldn't due to forum maintenance, I figured something was up. I shutdown, disassembled my PC and mailed the motherboard in just this morning for RMA repair. Talk about timing! It'll probably be at least two to three weeks before I can get back up and running. Bummer.
Dumb question. Tire info display in LCD is grayed-out, so I can't tell what tires are doing. Is there a workaround for this? If not, should I use a plug-in, Trackmap or other, etc. for tire info?
I remember Tim saying that the realease was premature when released last week. Is the Corvette in this build?
Last week we got Corvette (without any build) and now we got a new build (without any new content). What Tim said was that the feel of Corvette could change with this new build (build 146).
the tires are still in development. I think it will be corrected when they will end the development of tires.
Did something happen to the general tonal color of the graphics? The ISI tracks seem to have taken a step forward in general color look. They were somewhat garish previously, but now they are looking very natural.
You do realize you are releasing tracks on a software that is beta or in development - whatever the kool term of the day is that ISI likes to use. Your tracks are awesome as they are. I wouldn't worry too much about rushing updates though.
Not for me (NVidia too), replay screen still empty showing only new UI like said by others previously, and can just heard the race starting sound, nothing more Saying that, I didn't try to load an old replay (often not compatible). I did a manual update after downloading the 134->146 executable and put it in the update folder...I'll try the fresh install tonight! Corvette is really fun to drive BTW, thanks ISI for all those gifts!
