What's up with these?! Cancelled? http://www.virtualr.net/wp-content/gallery/2219/rf2-006.jpg http://www.abload.de/img/10320_140822243424_7549ojk.jpg
Early screens of rf2 content that's on the back burner for now until more circuit racing features are worked out. Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
Haha, sorry, I know they are rF2 rally screens; I've seen them around before. I guess what I meant was what car and what track that is.
Track is generic, car is also generic, similar to CORR spec. Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
Me so happy! Ut's funny because I haven't even explored the Eve yet as I've been so fixated on the Spark and then went on some tangents with the Skippy, Lola and 370z. Now having discovered the magic of Nords I'm back in the Spark again and loving it more that ever! And I'll still have the Eve waiting for me and another F1 eventually as well. Yippeeeeee!!! Thank you!!!
Yeah, this is really exciting! I haven't been around for the previous releases; does ISI release cars/tracks at the same time as they do beta updates, or is it separate?
So far cars were released with at least one track (skippy + LRP). The only track that was released on its own was Brianza. But it is also true that in some cases there were no new tracks released but only updated versions from already released ones. But ISI said they will release all content separately (even the already released) in the future. See here for all ISI content: http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/8590-Download-All-official-ISI-content-(torrent)
Sometimes we have to release an update for the content to work properly. For example the F2 car has a Turbo, so we had to release an update with Turbo code to go with it. There isn't a need most of the time to release both at the same time, but it's surprising how often it just times right to do that. The cars and tracks should eventually be released as individual items (components), rather than packaged together in a series as they are now. The next car is planned to be released as a component, but that could change.
Thanks for the clarification. So it sounds like there will be quite some time before the next car gets released?
Haha, no, you didn't say much to indicate that. I thought, since the next car is planned to be released as a component, but you said that that could change, that it must still be a fairly long while before the next one is released. Perhaps I tried to induce a little too much from that.
Hope you dont mind me butting in,,but the usual thing is that updates are released when they are ready, same with content. there is never a date or time given,we accept that this is the way ISI work
