Has anyone here got experience with this problem? Any ideas to fix it?

I can go to devices & printers all the way to the properties screen with the degrees of rotation and FFB settings. Then after clicking ok, and reopening the window, it is back on the standard settings. (200 degrees, no ffb).

Disadvantage of the otherwise cheap upgrade to windows 8.

    Edit: I have a logitech g25

    Fixed it.

FYI: So first you need to uninstall the Logitech Profiler. Of course you don't need to remove all saved profiles. Then download the latest installation file from Logitech Support. Right click on the exe and set the compatibility mode to run in Windows 7. Then start the installation file as administrator, plug your wheel and you're ready

from http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/logitech-wheels-under-windows-8-solution.53087/ not an easy one to google

The latest Logitech Profiler supports Windows 8 so I don't think you nned to set Windows 7 compatibility mode (at least for me it seems to be working fine).
