And so it starts; guys (like me) were afraid to miss out when not buying the steam version. "No, that will not be the case; you can do/use everything steam users can."

That was referring to ISI content. No one can control modders and if they choose to only release their content in one place or the other. Is every single mod available for rF2 on Steam?--no. So Steam users could say the same in reverse.

But why iDT, who has been around "forever," would not take the 2 minutes to add their latest version of a track to their own downloads page is a mystery to me.

I wouldn't worry guys. I have gone to Steam over the weekend and just tested their 2014 out. It is the same as the 2011 one, and just as bad. Terrible road mesh and looking. Shame, could be made into something great.

Awesome, Doug ... thanks a lot for the update !

Just ignore the stereotypical whiners, there are a lot more quiet peeps that actually enjoy your work since the good old rF1 days ... ;)

Hi Doug and thank you for the update.
There seems to be a problem with the ai in T1, 2 and 3. ai drivers constantly crash in the first three corner.

the problem is its a very narrow street course and most people have AI aggression turned way up.

I have turned ai aggression down to literally zero without effect. It's bad because every offline race goes almost entirely under yellow flags.

I haven't yet found a street track where the Ai don't crash at most corners, even with aggression set down to 1%.

Las Vegas, St. Petersburg, Vancouver, Monaco and Baku are working fine in that regard.

Are you using open wheel cars? I've tried Adelaide, the updated version, FISI with very low aggression settings and they just hit the wall.

Edit: I did forget that Senormens Singapore converted from one of the F1 games works really well with no issues, so the only street circuit where n find the Ai open wheel can work well at. Ironically from another game though.

You are surprised that a professionally built track exhibits better AI behaivior than a third party conversion of an rF1 track? And yes I'm giving credit for the fact the track comes from another sim. How many Modern versions of Spa have AI crashing into the long long wall that extends to the pit entrance right after the last right/left combo? How many cars clip Le Source? How many hang up on the last turn of the GP Nurburgring? 3rd party tracks RARELY are perfect works of splendor. I'm willing to accept current tracks with the HOPE some AI genius can make improvements at some later date.

How's this track progressed? I used to love it and the Ai were great back when it was DX9.

I might do a 2019 version since Toyota dropped all sponsorship, but its not a priority.

looks good, but honestly, it looks too clean. The walls should not look continuous, they are placed individually by lift and have lots of imperfections. Nice detail though. I dont think the streetlights are that tall though.

I'm pretty sure it is a Forza conversion.
