map.jpg.aux.xml and map.jpg. The filename must be the same.. map.jpg --> map.xml something wrong when export stitch maps in SAS. EDIT: sorry no xml is kml! mark only kml! map.jpg --> map.kml
You know Mario, I think problem is out of memory error. I did do now with stitch option so that I split image to smaller parts, then ticked only kml and from geo I chose import dir and it did import many tiles, but then it stopped and gave same error. With image in single tile it gives only error. I did attempt to open image as texture to material editor and there it complains out of memory or something like that. Also now I remember that you did mention something about 1024 texture earlier, I need to look back what it was, but I think that it is quite clear why I get that error as image is 8947 x 22714 it seems

no. No one big file!! In video min:1:24 you can see the files. One image have a kml with some name. Import a kml file to max for geo reference. Then the file images will import to max and the imagens will match each others automatically. All you need is the import GEO pro script. The high detail background is for reference. To use images for textures need big textures.
