As me there are many many people who drive with this beautiful wheel and I have to choose always the Porsche ou the CSW wheel profile in the game. I bet there are more people with the GT3 then the CSW and we deserve a dedicated profile too. Even the Game Stock Car has a dedicated profile!

The GT3 is different from the Porsche!

I have the GT3 RS v2 and there is no need for a separate profile.

@vitor, there's no difference between the different Fanatec profiles except button mappings. There is no difference in FFB. Since the FFB is not filtered or dampened, and there are no "canned effects" all wheels get the same FFB no matter what profile is selected.

So asking for separate profile will make no difference except for button mappings.

I didn`t know about that. I though the profile would have some attached to the wheel features. If not why spending time in making separate profiles. It could be Fanatec, Logitech, etc. Although it would be nice to have a GT3 profile.

The included profiles depend on someone in the office having or trying the particular wheel, or knowing it's settings from previous software.

  7. Indeed you just need to save it as "GT3RSV2_yourname" profile and it's done!

It's actually because Porsche owns the rights to your profiles...you can only create a Porsche approved profile, but only after paying the licensing fee to use it. And don't even think about sharing it with other GT3 owners.

    :p

P.S. My intention isn't to start another copyright/licensing discussion...just saw an opportunity for a joke...so, please, no serious replies to this post :)

You sure it doesn't have something to do with EA?
