Mercedes E55 beats a 350z in a road race (whilst towing his lawnmower)

Thank God he didn't brake hard. That lawnmower would've been the last thing in his mind. ;)

Regenerating Plastic Grows Back After Damage

Professor Scott White discusses the research breakthrough that allows plastic to not only heal, but truly regenerate.

Self-healing materials have been around for about a decade. But they have never been able to heal damage much larger than the width of a human hair. But now, White and his colleagues Jeff Moore and Nancy Sottos have developed plastic that can regenerate damage as large as a bullet hole.

The plastic regenerates when two chemical channels in the material mix at a damaged area. This reaction forms a gel which fills in the hole and eventually hardens, similar to blood clotting in a wound.

They didn't come across as being intentionally misinforming to me in their video (as many believe), they came across as being incompetent to me instead. So many factual errors that were just completely unnecessary with just a little forward preparation.

Edit: i just received a youtube email that someone posted a reply to the link of comments i had previously replied on to ISR on their video. I just checked the video again and my comment is no longer there, lol. Think they deleted it. *sigh*

I never believed they were misinforming on purpose. I believe they are just blatantly incompetent. The video reeks of incompetence.
And I'm not just saying that because I'm a "rF2 fanboy", oh no.

I just think it's just pretty crazy, that a guy like Empty Box can make videos with so much more depth, technical insight and objectivity.
This with practically no resources compared to ISR. And he doesn't do it for a living. I'm not saying he's perfect.
But if I want an in depth look into a new sim build, or new content etc., I'll sure as rain check out his videos before I go to ISR.

ISR didn't prepare properly, which reminds me of a little boy in 1st grade who hasn't done his homework, and just makes things up as he goes along when he's asked by the teacher.
I actually felt embarrased on their behalf while watching. Just think about it. Such a huge viewer base, and to just make an a** of yourself big time that way. Yikes.

They have been known to censor out negative comments that didn't suit them. So no surprise there.
I was surprised to see that my long "rant" (which I also posted here on the forums) was still there.

Honestly I just hope that ISR channel will get laid to rest, so the people running it don't have to embarrass themselves like that. It's kinda sad for them.

"You have read another ISR rant by hexagramme - And now we return to the fun videos!"

The thing is, my comment wasn't even a negative comment, lol.

But i've come to realise it's pointless trying to communicate with people of this mindset.
