I cant find the actual vmod, i have all the tracks required but cant join with no 'get mod' availability, any suggestions?

I'm having a problem with the track Spa-Francorchamps 2011 v0.86. After it finishes loading, and puts me at the main screen with the "Race" button, the game freezes. All the driver names turn blue as well just before it freezes. This happens everytime, with any selection of cars. I've redownloaded the file again to make sure it wasn't corrupted. Anyone else get this crash? Any suggestions as to what I might do? Edit: this is with the newest game build. Edit: Solved. I reinstalled the game completely, and it now works fine. I have the new build 146 installed. Just downloaded the DRS F1 tracks yesterday bahrain, hockenheim,monza,montreal,melbourne, and spa. I downloaded the files individually not the torrent. From the ISR site. The place where I live does not allow torrent downloads. The network blocks them somehow! I notice on several of these tracks a flickering. Very noticeable in the mirrors of the car. sometimes it is almost like a strobe light. I have never noticed this problem on the standard rf2 tracks. Is there a setting I need to change. My resolution is set to 1024 x768 because I run a projector. Any help would be great. If I can get the tracks playable I will be very happy. The sense of elevation changes at Spa and Hockenheim are the best I have ever experienced in a racing sim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the problem is that those tracks are conversions, and do not run perfectly(low FPS)on rFactor 2. Hope there will be updates, which settle the performance of these circuits. Babs
Could someone pls upload the ISR Clio Default Tracks mod? As i wrote in another thread im not able to download VMods ingame... so i cant join...
Thanks for the help Babs. Still cant fined 2 tracks Bharain & Milbourn. I found them but EXT is RAR I need rfcmp. I dont think rFactor2 will recognize a RAR file
RAR files are a bit like Zip files, you need to extract the file from within them. To do that download and install Winrar http://www.rarlab.com/.
Not sure where to place this, ISR, so let me know and I can move it if you like. For the first time in ages I joined your Clio server because it was active. But drivers like penna and seba-rr think it is just fine to ram cars from behind during races to get ahead. When challenged, they admit to it, laugh, and tell you to "learn to drive"...... Do you regularly ban these types of Need For Speed console kids? Clearly, they ruin the entire experience with their failure to understand basic concepts like racing. EDIT: Other people were complaining about them when I joined. I chose to ignore it and give "benefit of the doubt" to the perps - until they did it to me, also. We need to work together as a group to ban/correct these...children..for the sake of everyone's enjoyment (not just theirs).
ok thanks for your report, this can happen when one of our administrators not be present. We have a section in our website that talks about drivers who behaves inappropriately. We will keep these guys under observation. However you may join our forum and expose these facts firsthand. There is also a list where the drivers are in warning, and a list of where to end,the pilots who are Banned from server ISR. As you can understand by public servers are difficult to administer. our races or events official are another thing. Babs
