Excellent track guys, thanks very much!

Nice to see that you took note of K Szczech's very nice input too.

 

For some reason Sears point gives me CTD in dev mode, but Sebring works fine. Both work at single player mode however.

I got lost to those hills then, what a crazy track

 

Thanks to the VLM guys, fantastic job with the conversion. Loving racing round it.

 

In my packages file I have this VLM-v190-MidOhio.rfcmp and I cant install it shouldnt it say rfmod at the end of the file.

Many thanks for these! Sebring is amazing. So many cool details, very atmospheric Runs pretty well too, im getting over 100FPS on a mid-range build!

The rfcmp extension's correct as it's been packaged as a component not a mod (rfmod), pretty much all the addon tracks are packaged this way. You put them in the 'Packages' folder as you would a mod (rfmod), install either via the mod manager (show mods only unchecked) or via the 'component manager' ingame.

 

I think Sebring is a great track but was made to rfactor1. The conversion is very good, but I think when virtua_lm make a circuit specifically for rfactor2 will be spectacular. Thanks for the job, virtua_lm

 

Not sure if anyone else is getting this but when I run a practice session at Sebring 12H using Clios (not tried other cars yet), the 1st time I cross over the start/finish line there is a micro-stutter/pause as the timer starts clocking my 1st proper lap.

It does this only once when I 1st load the track & is fine thereafter. Just wondered if was just me or are other people getting this?

Sebring Club with F3 is great.


I noticed a bug I have not seen with another track.


I use Ai to rubber track so actually racing against them does not concern me persay, just odd behavior.

Modified Circuit 27 of 28 F3-EVE Ai did their fastest times on the first timed lap then commenced to go slower every lap.

Every 5/6 lap run they went from 2:20 to 2:25

IE: Backwards ?

Don't hold your breath, we haven't even started making it ready for rF2 yet. Other projects first.
At the moment we don't have any good cars for a proper Le Mans race anyway.
