Check this! http://fanaleds.idrift.nl/?page=2 Great plugin for Fanatec wheels! This brings very useful information like speed, gear and revs on the same display! Thanks a lot to the developers!
Thanks for posting this info. I am a trifle dissapointed. I'll be getting a new wheel soon and that display is just way too basic. I know they are excellent wheels, but all the branding on them and the extremely basic functionality of the LCD, scream> x-box, play station, consoles. Bummer
I have one, never mind the branding best investment I have made for my rig...Still each to their own.
thanks for the link, works great, like the way how the speedgear setting works, makes best use of the supposedly basic LCD display, don't see too many wheels in that price range that have optical feedback though..... and wheels that work on all formats incase you fell like a bit of an arcade adrenalin rush (sega rally online arcade and daytona usa on ps3 takes me back to my youth.... just need an arcade perfect copy of ridge racer 1 and I'm set for life....)
I'm happy to announce the new version of Fanaleds, with great help from some guys over here! Changelog: v0.3d Improved detection for Race On series Plugin now asking for Admin rights v0.3c Bugfix for 100% CPU usage on rfactor/simbin/iracing v0.3b Wheel display updates only when needed Updaterate to 40hz http://fanaleds.idrift.nl/downloads.php
Cannot get it to work with my CSW on rF2. Works just fine with GSC though. Any ideas? Tried with both 0.3a and 0.3d.
Have you put the rFactor 2 plugin in your game folder? (make sure it's not the rFactor 1 plugin!) What build is your rFactor?
Have you got any mods that might interfer? When the game runs, do you have a fanaleds.log file? Could you tell me what's inside this?
Found the issue. I had accidently installed a duplicate of rF2 when doing one of the early updates..guess where I put the dll....Douhhh Sorry man. Now it's working as it should...when I finally put it in the correct folder. Thanks for the support. Really nice plugin...loving it.

We are very happy to announce the next big milestone in Fanaleds! The long awaited GUI is finally here. No more tinkering in .xml files or any difficult actions. Just launch Fanaleds and select the settings you would like. This version includes an additional rumble effect for shift indication. Current rumble effects that simulate the brake locking are now detected better ensuring proper braking feedback. Please check out our presentation video out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUpbdm1pzB0 Download Fanaleds 1.0 now and give us some feedback.
