Scratch that, sorted... Now how do I access the page via my website? Ive tried the following ways- (https://203.###.#.##/LiveMonitor/Live.php?) (https://203.###.#.##/LiveMonitor) Thanks in advance... ***Edit*** Scratch that, I had the HTTPS instead of HTTP. Thanks for reading though!
Hi Guys, I have been running this plugin since last post and have found this issue. The data is still logging as per the data logger however, the live monitor does not load the drivers at all. Hot laps has even stopped recording data. The track name and various indicators are showing however, no drivers are recorded as on track... What i have read in various posts is that there may be an issue with the data base stopping- connection lost... As im not familiar with MySQL, is there some settings i need to do allow in MySQL for this to continuously log data? View attachment 3980
Morning: Has any-one come up for a fix, or tell me anything about a net framework error? Out of range value for column "pb_1" at row 1 System is a dedicated running Server 2003 SP2 All updates are current No net Framework service packs are available ( Including 4 ) Runs for a few seconds then throws the error. I look forward to any response Dave ** Resolved**
Tried all this, yet no matter what ?LM=x that I use, it only shows server 1. The log files that are being created are different and correct yet I still can't view the second server. Any ideas? Thanks
Ok fixed, instructions say: Need to be:- IMPORTANT: Your second session can be viewed at http://yourdomain/LiveMonitor/index.php?id=LM2 Another question though. When in Live monitor, it ofter drops connection of random driver, sometimes all and flashes a bit every so often. We had 21 drivers on the other night competing in a race and it was rare for all 21 to be displayed in the Live Monitor all at one time. Is there any reason for this or is their a fix or one in the making? Thnaks for the great plugin.
I must be doing something wrong. I've followed the instructions, have everything where it belongs, the web site install went fine and the database is ready, however upon launching LiveMonitor it just says "Waiting for Log File" no matter what. I've started LiveMonitor before launching the dedicated server and after, but still says waiting for log file. I had a look and the log file is being written too.
I think I figured it out. Seems something wanted the server to be 3. It was writting a log file appended with LM3. I deleted all .xml files, double-checked the plugin config file, reset everything and it found the log now. Thanks for such a great utility!
Thank you very much for this great plugin ! I have it running on my laptop while I practice with friends and it's really great ! I wondered if it was possible to add some little features in a next update ? For example, it would be really good if the 3 best sector times would be displayed for each pilot, just like the best lap, so we could easily see in which sector we lose or gain time compared to other racers, also on the hotlaps page (we miss this at the moment). Same thing for the speed trap. Instead of a live speed trap (which is not very useful), only the best value displayed just like in real life would be more useful. But once again, this plugin is a must have. Thank you so much.
Hi Can someone please help me get my second server running I have followed instruction I tried this http://yourdomain/LiveMonitor/index.php?id=LM2 I have 2 server 2 databases and 1 web installer is this right or do i need a second web installer as well
Hi I have this running on our server and have had no problems with it all all. Running with 3 Servers with livetiming on all of them. I now have an error appearing everytime someone joins a server if any one could help it would be appreciated. Please see image below for error. Many Thanks. View attachment 4655
As you can see from my post above, I am having the same problem. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fixing this. Thanks Paul
Your's appears to be related to the database Paul. Mine's related to the log file on my local PC. But yes, both .NET errors.
New Problem... See here (well when drivers are connected): http://www.finelineracing.net/LiveMonitor/index.php It just blinks off and on - very bizarre... I'm on a windows 2008 server so not sure if there's something in the server settings I should change. It's acting like the data sent to the server is blocked every few packets.
I guess the author of this program doesn't come around here much anymore? Too bad, it's a great program when it works. Are there any alternatives to this?
