    Hahaha nice DJC ;)

Here comes a few pics from unstable build 339 (quite stable actually, lol). rF2 really looks fantastic... Everything feels so sharp and although I saved them in BMP, they still look very blurry compared to in-game... Everything looks better (off track dust in 2nd image!) and still the perfomance is much better! With same settings and scenario I had usually ~50-60 fps in B300, now it's 90-100.

That dust really is looking amazing in that build! Im so happy that it looks like ISI is finally tackling some of the graphics issues. Ive been waiting for what seems like forever for that to happen. Nice screenshots too :)

Better framerates + better graphics, I can't complain :) Testing this build really put a smile on my face.

Really enjoying these screenshots. Especially since I won't be able to get around to installing the unstable build for at least several days, so thanks for sharing. Great to hear about performance improvements, too.

Why add blurring only to the tires and not the rims? It looks a little silly...

This.. I don't get why that is.. Is it an engine rendering issue or does each mod need to have a texture for that too?

    Indeed!!!

I`ve been asking about this since I started driving rf1, quite a long time ago now.

I`ve always disliked this as it just looks... well... wrong.

I`ve binned many a screenie I was going to edit because there`s blur on the tyres and not the rims and the car is at such an angle it`s almost impossible to add radial blur to the rims in PS... all the other motion blur etc is no problem no matter what the angle of the car is so I can add loads of nice motion blur, alter many other things and after all that, still have motionless rims.

I was asking Ales just a day or so ago if he planned to add this to his mods and I think it`s not on his list...

ISI have it now on the Megane but nothing else so far. Please... modders and ISI, implement this for everything.

    :)

Well, this is funny, because I've always made blurred rims for my mods in rF1 and rF2.
There is nothing special about making blurred rims, really easy.

Easy yes but how they look, i have bit more complex ones in rf2 than in rf1 or gtr2, i never had problems to do them before and even did alot of them for gtr2. Ive tryed it few times to get it so but didnt like the resault. T5 mod has those but it was mesh overlay and the 3d parts dont hide. As example i didnt like that i couldnt get transparent shaders to drop shadow, have a tip there? Becase i would like to get them in right way fully blured to.
