Exactly. Wheels like the G27 are producing around 3Nm of torque.

It would be much better with Bodnar's wheel and its 15Nm of torque (x5 more). Then here you can have strong FFB strenght but at the same time notice all the smaller effects without having saturation

 

Hey fonismo, I didn't mean to compare his driving to urs, sorry it came across as that, your vid just looked so real and it reminded me of another vid that looked really real aswell, that's all

 

Fonismo recorded that video "live", so he is excused for his "poor" driving, but the video looks bloody great simwise

 

Just curious mate but what kind of figure are we talking about when you say you use as little ffb strength as possible and what wheel setup are you using?

As hard as it might be to believe, yes. It's an unfinished simulation. And according to that particular World Series by Renault champion, the main problem with it is the transition from grip to slip. This transitional grip problem is well known by the devs too, and they're working on it. Future will show how things will end up, but it doesn't do any good to anyone to pass final judgment on games that aren't even in alpha yet...

 

I run around 60% on the majority of the cars with 105% set in the profiler

^The sound is indeed great but it totally doesn't belong to MP4/4.. I think it's from some 1991 car, no turbo, high rpm scream.
But I'm just stating obvious hmm..

Hope one day there will be proper loud and "low" noise of those turbo cars, honestly I don't like rf1 85 and 88 mods sounds at all.

 

This is very unfortunate.. as we have asked numberous times to remove the mod as it is using F1SR sounds without permissions.. Very sad that already rF2 is heading down the same path as rF1.. Can you guys remove this vid.. no offence BSNismo

 

Doesn't the F1SR Mod infringe on the Copyright and IP of the car manufacturers ?

 

Sad that this permissions issue still rises up ... it is not used for profit. It should be allowed - community wins that way, doesn't it? It looks like the coolest thing for rF2 right now.
