Are we going to see a HUD / UI modding tutorial? I just did a quick search and I haven't found anything so far on it. Since this seems to be something ISI is keen on being more open this time around, it would be nice to have something for people to get started with--or at least to be able to see what's involved.

Hi all! First i would like to thank ISI for the great work I am getting a small issue and would like to know if someone already encountered it or solved it yet. I didn't find any answer elsewhere so i guess that i have better chances here. I am used to modding physics, but not visual stuff. And i am learning it with all the great tutorials that we have. So here's my actual problem. The rTrainer.mas file doesnt open in the Mas editor! Any other MAS files can open, but this one doesn't show anything in it. The car is able to load in the spinner. Anyone has an idea? Thanks. I am running on Win 7 - 64 bits. (And yes i tried every possible compatibility and Admin mode to load it)
Added corner worker 3DS Max 8 (which can be opened in later versions) compatible files. They're examples of the corner workers and pit exit officials for you to look at/modify.

Yes if it's is possible to get a clean reference driver for rF2 it will be a great addition to modders.
I just gave Tim a fresh batch of corner worker anims opened and saved in MAX 2010--he'll post those soon. If you still have problems try merging everything from one of my files into a fresh scene in MAX and see if you can work with it then. Beyond that, I'm not sure what the problem could be...
thanks but same problem here. maybe same kind of issue when i try to export a reflectedenv list. apparently there is something in exporter configuration that i don't support. anyway, i can merge it into my track scene and export it. if i moove caracters, with bones, export the gmt and link it in scn files with anim files, it's working... or almost ^^ i have a little issue with heads and arms during animation ingame. is there a difference between this examples and the animation we can find in portugal track ? cheers
