Do I need to keep this weekend free?

Have any of you checked out R2P? They have scheduled events for this thursday. Just saying.

Personally I believe that torrents will be more than ok. Considering the interest, the seeds should not be a problem and dl should be fast. However and don't take me wrong here: we're still speaking about a commercial release (even if it is beta), hence I think that if people have issues with torrents, there should be a reasonable way to get your hands of a commercial product (by this I mean paid). Again, I'm not asking this, I just think if ISI wants to an easy way to get "cheap" and quality temporary http download, S3 could do that.

They will likely release official http links after the initial flood has passed. Similar to the beta content.

 

I just checked today so I don't know when they started sign up. Kind of funny though as I remember their policy was they never ran software that was in beta stage. Oh how things change when its' rFactor 2 lol.

Slower than this is impossible, open beta is open to the public right? As far as im concern i´m waiting for this beta since mid 2011, i understand you want to release something consistent enought but a beta is a beta!!! If you pretend to add new builds later on, refound system working for unsatisfied buyers etc, i think everything is in place to release the first "build" in a "NORMAL FORM"....

Hmm, they could not release it at all. they never promised a release date or anything, and as far as im concerned, ive been waiting for this since 09. Ive been waiting for diablo 3 11 years. If your so upset that you havent gotten anything yet feel free to leave. And its a beta open to the public that wishes to aid the developers in testing the product.
