lol - this is exactly the feeling this morning when I hit F5 ;)

however the ISI guys want to release a quality product. It must be very flattering for them to have all these people craving for their product

Jani - I admire you optimism and stamina!! :D

First of all apologize for my English, I understand but I can not write well so I will use the Google translator.
Yesterday was the Day of Three Kings in Spain (the day when there are Christmas gifts) and maybe that's why the atmosphere in the forum and especially in this thread that I had laughed a lot as a child of illusion small that we could finally enjoy the open beta this weekend.
Tim opened the FAQS, images of the celebration of 20th birthday, all signs were good.
This morning everything was different I have been a disappointment to see Tim's comments, stating that I have seen from Tim's interview he gave to the magazine of my community, in this case I think is the one dancing with the ugliest trying to calm everyone.
I think you know the illusion that the whole community is with the imminent (or not) out of the open beta, has long been waiting for this moment and hope is becoming more and more agonizing.
We really enjoyed rF and together we managed to be the best simulator, the webmasters create and maintain web sites dedicated to the game, modders creating content just for the sake of removing rF often time for families to do so.
The loyalty we have with the game that makes you think deserve a little more "honey" by ISI, we have cared nothing to have the game with some bugs and not being able to resolve at the weekend.
Today I am disappointed that or I've had my gift of Magic Kings, I hope to regain the illusion next week.

    P.S : Jani you are a compulsive optimist :)

    Greetings from Spain.

    Tony.

I'm the one who first want to finish the weekend?

    This is surrealistic.

Well I still have two more weeks holiday left.
I'll be stoked to have, say, 2 days worth of cockpit sores trying out rF2 before going back to work.
If no release before work starts I just *cough* might *cough* be sick *cough*.
It will be a good chance to whittle down my 300 odd hours of sick leave.

I'll be a little critical of this situation.

I know that in a process of launching a game can cause problems and other adverse conditions for a release, ok, I understand. But I do not understand this policy.

Two weeks ago was published a few torrents to speed up the whole download process, fine. But something would have been logical to post this when the release is coming (i'm talking about 3-4 days or a week before a release).

I don't understand to publish driver updates for a wheel if anyone has the beta. I read that there are people who have it, but if there is any problem with those few users who have it, better send a private message for those users and don't post anything in general forum because all it produces tension in the air, for users and developers.

This whole situation would have been easier, if from the beginning ISI had said "when the game is ready we notify few days early" and probadly we don't see a lot of post asking for the release date. I prefer a long silence before viewing files and data that I can't use.

Sorry for being so critical, but also understand the difficulty of managing so many crazy people xD

Last monday there were lot of us here expecting the beta. I guess ISI communication is missleading. I hope this monday will be it or tuesday for Australia & Europe.
