    rear view mirror / monitor of Corvette C8R seems to be not adjustable by the designated keys (Ctrl + Left Alt + Fore = move mirror left, Ctrl + Left Alt + Aft = move mirror right) . Values for middle mirror in the black box change when pressing keys but monitor view stays the same. Designated keys work at other cars with rearview monitor like F488 GT3

    Could anybody try this out?

    Yes, it's an issue. Probably won't be fixed unless we need to update the car again.

    ok, thanks for the answer

    i found a temporary solution. It works when using the keys for moving all mirrors with Shift + Fore = move mirrors left and Shift + Aft = move mirrors right. Left and right mirror have to be adjusted again after doing this

    hi @ManfredK2_new,

    can you put a screen of your onboard's ?

    here some screens from my in-game cockpit cam
    for me, no trouble since i edited the vlaue for positioning in Player.json (no problem for online and swap)

    i have simply edited "rearview mirror line" in Player.json
    since many years (2021), a teammate give me this tweek.

    check for your Player.json here

    C:\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Player.json

    open with like notepad++
    at line 489 or CTRL+F search Moving Rearview

    Moving Rearview
    ":3, "Moving Rearview#":"Whether mirrors respond to head movement in cockpit (0=none, 1=position-only, 2=FOV-only, 3=both) - add 4 if you want to IGNORE head-tracking movement",

    put = 0 for fix rearview (cockpit, nose)

    this way when you move your seat position, rearview mirror are fix and not affected bu seat position in EVERY CARS !!!
