How do you submit a protest to rF2 Race Control? Can anyone tell me how to submit a protest to rF2 Race Control over one of the daily online races? Thanks in advance.
It has definitely begun. Today I got an email from Race Control that I have been given 1 point on my safety ranking and a first strike. I don't think it's fair that you don't get a chance to react or explain. As you all know, sometimes you get involved in a racing situation where you are just a victim of circumstances. So I would like to know where the protest was filed so I can get my day in court.
If someone reported you, and an admin viewed the incident and gave you a warning/penalty, I think that's the end of the line. There's no high court or appeals process. I assume you wouldn't get such an email as part of the automated SR process, which itself is no-fault and not open to appeal.
@Lazza, sadly, I think you're right. Well .... back to building my safety ranking up again I guess. I would like to get out of the rookies, because it's Mad Max out there.
I don't think it's "mad max" I think it's "rookies being rookies" so expect driving errors , judgement errors, racing errors, and Murphy's laws. Caution and not pushing to the limit can make you win races there. I've not yet tried silver races, but I don't think is wrong to offer "better" experience only up the ladder. Is natural, in amateur motorsport you can't pretend F1 professionals (that make stupid things too)
Well I'm a gold driver. I was deliberately ran off the road during qually because I overtook the guy on the pace lap. I incorrectly retaliated. Then in the race I had to stop for damage (car span back on track and hit me), I came out just behind 'the' guy. Again he deliberately ran me off the track. After the race he protests me, I correctly got a penalty however, I want to know if the other guy got one ?
Well, naturally they only point out what the "other" guy did, but they leave out what they did themselves. That's what's so dishonest about it. I had a good hour of being pretty pissed about it when I got the mail from Race Control.
Click on your dr/sr ranking logo to look into previous raceresults. In there you will find results of each race and every driver will have 3 dots next to their name. Click the dots, enter lapnr or timestamp and reason for report. Submit.
Likewise ! I guess what is done is done and there is nothing to gain by holding on to it. Time to look forward although its easier said than done. Good luck for your future races
