    Hello
    Luisb has published in Workshop the 2023 version of Barcelona. Great job on your quality line. One of the things where it is weak is the AIW that could improve especially in the new part of the circuit where the AI slows down and makes strange movements. This is a call to the AIW teachers to review something that Luisb himself comments in the comments of the publication.

    Better and faster AI, what do you mean by pit box and grid pos?

    @atomed mate, check your Mugello block line. There is a big kink in it. Left and right also have small kinks

    Yes, I just noticed, sorry about that. I was doing the pit cut detection and forgot to check that all was good, will fix tomorrow asap.

    i wanted to know if a part of updating AIW for AI, you may have edited grid position (add more grid positions) and add more pit boxes
    but it is not ?

    There appears to be an issue with Bathurst 0.982 using the latest build 1133 in which only half of the ai set a lap in practice or qualifying. I Set a 60 minute session, and by 30 minute mark only half the ai have set a lap, and then no track action till the end of the session - track is dead. In the first 30 minutes the ai that did not set a lap time, most ai did one out lap and then pitted but never bother to come out on track again - others didn’t even attempt a lap. I’ve tested this in single player and multiplayer using both the fvr 2021 and 2022 mods and same result. I’ve tested the mods on other tracks and everything is well behaved - Just Bathurst 0.982 using build 1133. Build 1132 is fine. Any ideas what the issue might be and can it be resolved easily enough?

    That seems more an internal AI issue than something that can be improved on the AIW side. Most probably it´s going to be a matter of patience :p

    That would be great, the track as great as it is, is currently unusable. Strange thing is works great in build 1132 but I’m reluctant rolling back as it can cause other issues.

    Same issue with me even using S397 GT3 cars. Shame track is great.

    I agree with atomed as this has nothing to do with the track

    btw. this is my qualifying at Mont Panorama with 20 S397 GT3. Only one car, beside me, did set no time

    No worries thanks for taking a look. Interesting you had only only one ai not do a lap, but it can vary from a 24 car field from 1 to 10 cars - seems random. Anyhow hopefully hellboy can take a look.

    It happens also on other track. Afair i saw at Donington and Nürburgring GP that circa 10 out of 20 TCR 2019 cars set no lap time in qualifying. Also Group C mod at S397 Spa aso.

    I think its the same issue that was fixed in one of the previous stable versions and that came back now. As you wrote everything works in v1132 but not in v1133.

    Yep agree with that build 1133 has ai issues no question. It does tend to be track/mod specific, Adelaide 1.09 works perfectly on 1133 which is a little confusing. Hopefully S397 can address, I believe there are still hot fixes supposedly coming but don’t know if they are specifically for ai fixes.
