Hello! I'm posting here because I really think there is something wrong with FWD BTCC (at least with the i30). I mean, since the latest updates, brake feeling is horrible. In a sense that, with a "standard" brake balance, like 55:45, it's impossible to lock the fronts at the END of the braking. Resulting in an horrible feeling that you don't have brake power anymore. At the very beginning of the braking fronts can lock though. I've tried the Q50 and it behaves normally. Didn't try yet others FWD, but I'll do soon. I was enjoying FWD up to these updates but now the i30 is a pain to drive sadly
Yes I do. I'll post it tomorrow. It was quite cold, maybe 300/400. But I'm pretty sure even with higher temp its the same (I can do it too).
You say the tests were done on default setup. If you need stronger brakes and lock the front wheels, increase brake pressure to 100% in the setup and move brake bias forward.
Yes sorry, base setup, but with 100% brake pressure of course. I always use 100% unless i'm struggling too much with locking but as we can see this isn't quite a problem with BTCCs for me... (I don't consider this as "setup" really in fact, as this is more like hardware dependent more or less)
By the way, to me this isn't normal to not being able to lock any tyres at low speed with 100% brakes and 100% brake pressure without ABS. Locking should happen at a moment whatever the BB i suppose. But even more when BB is forward like i do in those testing (58% to fronts more or less).
Hello! After trying BTCCs after latest update, problem is still there, is there any explanation maybe ? Thank you
