Yep, that was sarcasm. I understand it's not always easy for non-English speakers to recognise it.

we will have to put the steering wheel in the center, it is fashionable to be globalized

No, need options for each side, plus facing backwards and sideways, wheels that don't look like wheels at all, and of course the "None" option.

I know a solution, an option to mirror the screen. Obviously track will get mirrored too, but it just makes things more spicy.

Anyway. It is going to be very interesting and unusual pack. Two FWD BTCC cars very new and very old, and a racetrack that a lot of people has never seen before. I am absolutely sold at Mini. Nice track is also always good to have, I like road courses of Oval tracks. BTCC Hyundai is almost a must have for future BTCC online racing.

That's a good idea actually. Just literally need a mirror - and the screen is reversed. Assign your wheel backwards and away you go :D

I love the bit of the video where Hyundai attacks the turn at 0:07, looks so real and nimble while also sounding great.

@Lazza For real, we are doing discoveries right now, or eve inventions.

Here is a scheme of your suggested rig, I also suggest to use magnifying mirror to increase size of the view, while obviously ruining resolution and clarity at the same time.

Or how about getting used to whatever the side steering wheel real (and hence sim) car has ?
is it really that hard ? not at all , it is quite easy to get hang of it in couple of laps.
Atleast complain about something that matters ffs lol.

Funny thing is I’m a native English speaker. I guess I’m just that dumb. Anyways, British cars should have the sterring wheel on the right. The way God intended! Lol!

    @Paul Jeffrey
    Hi!
Do you now offer the option of a season pass for the BTCC?
I'm interested, but only in a complete package.

It really is not difficult to get used to, but if it takes a while to calculate from the opposite side to the one we have been driving all our lives, if you can put the option to choose the side of the steering wheel I would be grateful, but if that does not happen I will adapt I will not die there... I also thank you for the work that studio 397 is doing

I guess if you ever have wanted to race the BTCC then you've secretely wanted to drive RHD cars without knowing it.

Single-seating cars don't seem to be an issue and I guess most of us haven't ever driven one. We just get used to what we have to drive or we'd be complaining about every other car type.

I'm not complaining, I'm saying that if they give you the option to choose, that's welcome...if not, then we'll adapt... the majority of the planet drives on the left, but I'm not complaining, maybe it could be by the translator, I don't know

That's something you soon discover when you're into driving games and you're in a country that has the wheel on the right (drives on the left, confusingly!). So you indeed just drive a bit and get used to it.

This needn't become anything more than it is, which is a mostly tongue-in-cheek discussion. I think the only one so far to stamp their feet is Alex, but he likes to find negatives so whatever. There are plenty of left hand drive cars too.

If you want to drive a left hand drive in the BTCC choose the Infiniti, problem solved. I'm still confused why the Infininti is left hand drive. Seems weird for it to be that way in the BTCC. Still, it is really fun to drive!
