    Build 1.03,
    August 10th, 2022:
    - maintenance update and attempt to fix CTD in some case
    - reordered classes and teams in the list of veh

Skoda Fabia Evo S2000 brings to you Tarmac and Gravel classes with the permission of the authors... finally, with the help of the community, I was able to find vytvoril CidJc. I thought to convert and update this mod to rFactor2 to be used also off-road and mainly fighting with the Peugeot 207 S2000.

VERY IMPORTANT: the mod allows the off-road tire for the Gravel class to behave as expected by this kind of tire, so its performances are mainly for off-road terrains and slower than a slick tire on asphalt, like the tire in use for the Tarmac class. Unfortunately at the moment this feature can be applied only to the "humans", so "AI" performances for Gravel class are not very similar.
Respecting the original rFactor version, I noted that the Skoda Fabia Evo S2000 is a more performing vehicle vs. the Peugeot 207 S2000, that is another mod that has Tarmac and Gravel classes, so I tuned a BOP option to be selected in the showroom for very balanced races on both Tarmac and Gravel tracks.

The mod comes with all original skins updated to IBL/PBR and 10 new skins with the templates.

A friendly special thanks to Chris "redapg", for more challenging help than usual.

Silly question but does rf2 handle gravel surface as it does with tarmac meaning grip and road feel are affected?

there is a trick in AC by editing some file but it’s bit cumbersome

I like what SMS did in PC2 so wondering if RF2 has reached such level

Few years ago were added few lines of code into the real-time session of the tgm files to allow tires to have a good behaviour on gravel. Not perfect, but enough to enjoy that surface.

I use Blackwood Rally Cross for testing gravel. Another track is Karelia Cross

thanks again for guiding me to these 2 tracks. its clear you can feel the increased vibration road when you drive on gravel, and also the much reduced grip.I would say a tad bit too much for still fun to drive.
hope to see the promising RX tracks conversions to materialize to have even more diversity

Have you tried these tracks with the Peugeot 207s2000, gravel class? You can also compare tarmac vs. gravel to look at different behaviour due to setting and tires.

I defintively will try the Peugeot especially considering the 205 gti was my first car back in the days:D so peugeot rally cars are bit of something to my heart

Btw I was driving the clio and the lupo gti at Karelia cross and it feels really really low grip in comparison to blackwood
    Do you feel the same?

tried your Peugeot 207 at Blackwood RX track and it was really good so looking forward to the Skoda now:D

are you testing your car on Karelia track though? because as I mentioned above, I have limited to almost zero road feel on this track whatever car or set-up I am using so wondering if that's just me:oops:

Perhaps the TDF file or the track mesh can affect those sensations. In the conversion that I am doing Teufelsbachring, the TDF file changes for Lost Valley's and the gravel area is no longer so sliding

    Cool
Interesting to know it can be affected by editing file
I am comparing the car behavior to tarmac tracks that have gravel run off you know when you driver over it
The latters have more grip compared to karelia track

Btw if you are lookingfor a beta tester for yiur conversion:D
