Just for info, this was mentioned recently (yes, on discord) and the gist was they are looking into this sort of thing but there's a lot to go through and they want to be thorough. I guess we can at least hope that means the eventual fix will be effective.

This was my first thought when I heard there was a new sound engine. I KNEW it would irritate many users by increasing the clarity of the on/off throttle sounds. But this may indicate the solution is not so simple. IF there was a relatively short time frame required to correct this, they could have held off on the sound updates. (this would have also given them time to convert more cars to the new system) Since they have pushed the new sound out without correcting the AI cornering, I just get the feeling it won't be easy or soon.

Great version, pass on my appreciation to your track team. Tell Goodyear I have a beef with how their tire reacts when dropped into the sandbox...(don't ask me how I know)

I've only tried it with the new BTCC cars so far, the FWD car has issues getting out of the garage and pointed towards pit out. (lots of team engineers stands crowding the inside of the pit wall. The AI crash into the team box, then have to back up to get enough room to finish the turn. Next I think a proper run with the IRL 18 or some of the IMSA cars is in order.

It might even be better than Sebring, if that tells you anything. Visually beautiful

A little heavy on the self-branding signage which is disappointing, it looks tacky. Also yes, hard to get even my own touring car out of the garage without immediate full lock, havent looked at what the AI are doing.

The Toyota has with only 11,5 degrees steering angle way to less headroom for tight corners, its the same stuff like with the Callaway where S397 reduced it from from 17 to 11 degrees for whatever reason

The BTCC tire is relatively skinny compared to many cars we race. That means it tends to dig in sooner than a car with a larger rear tire that the driver jusssst casually allows the back corner to explore the edges of the kitty litter...

Yea, When I tried the indy's on Laguna I saw something I don't EVER recall seeing in RF2. Om my way down pit lane, an ai started pulling out of the garage, and he actually stopped to let me go by b4 continuing. I swear every other time that's happened it was either lock it up or pit road accident.
Had to be a glitch :D

    Regards.

Raining in Laguna Seca? That would be unrealistic.
This is a sim, not some arcade racer. ;)

    What about Brands and Donington?

Contrary to Laguna it doesn't say so in their store pages.
