When you installed the patch you should make sure in the track selection screen that after the track version there is a letter "b". If not then it´s not the correct track you are selecting or you didn´t install my AIW correctly.
No, as said, i use the original Track, because @RoboCAT10 did say that he also uses the original Track and with that he has the Problem. And because of the different AI Behaviour, i suppose that he uses an updated Track. So i wait for a Clarification from him now.
I ask Chris because it´s odd we are having different AI performances with the same AIW and we can´t figure out the motive. Do you know what might be causing that?
If we still talk about the Melbourne Track and the Problem that @RoboCAT10 has reported, i'm not sure if we all use the same AIW. I doubt it.
No, we were testing the same AIW for Hungaroring and got a 2-3 second discrepancy and can't figure out why.
So it's a different Case. Can you be sure, that both of you did use the exactly same Settings and Cars (Setups/Upgrades)? And i also mean Time of the Day, Weather, Rubber on Track..... Normally, if everything really is the same, there shouldn't be such a Difference.

Your Car Mod is Version 1.21 too? To the Replay: when it's not deactivated, rFactor 2 records Replays of the Sessions, that are stored in the Folder ..\rFactor 2\UserData\Replays If you can upload the one from the Video and tell me in which Lap the Incident happened (that i don't have to search for it ), it maybe could help to find out what happens. A better Setup, assigned to the AI, maybe can be helpful, but what i see from the Video, it is not a Setup Problem. In the Race that i let run the AI, they also had some Corners where they almost lost the Rear, but it never happened, the Car always got "caught" before spinning.
The incident basically happens every lap. The gif I have shown happened at the race start. Not a one off as it happens every time. What type of setup would be useful to give the cars more rear grip?
I'm no Setup Specialist at all. There are different Ways to get more Grip, like more rear Wing or a softer rear Suspension/Anti Roll Bar. But as said, i don't think that this is the Problem, because it doesn't happens here. What still is strange, is the Fact that the AI, that is shown in your gif, drives a complete other Line than my AI and that normally only happens, when the AIW is different. And as said, my AI never looses the Rear like it is shown in the gif. EDIT Is your Car Mod Version 1.21?

perhaps it is the job that takes less time to convert a track, one of the files that takes advantage of the original. But being so variable requires time and dedication. It is a personal opinion. For my part, grateful that you have worked in the Anglesey aiw, it will soon be integrated into the new update. Thx mate
Atomed, your work is certainly appreciated, few people have the ability to improve AIW so to have you doing them is a great bonus.
Mate AIW work is always appreciated it’s a black art to me, time is my enemy so my track time is limited so I cannot always give you feedback but I have started saving them for sure and adding to the track when I get a chance to race it...the Canadian tire one is especially appreciated
