    Before PBR update

    After PBR update

    How can I have the old good green, and the old others colors, now they are not really good with mods, now it's too flashy (Oulton track). I prefer the old color before PBR update.

    One thing I've found in nearly 30 years of computer gaming/sim-racing. Not Everyone will ever be happy with whatever shade of a color is chosen. For many here, the sky was too blue, the grass to plain, the trees...well don't let the lads here get started on the trees. Getting the old shaders back might be possible if you use an old version of the program, but that is merely a guess on my part. Many of the new features such as PBR/IBL didn't exist before...???v1112(somewhere back there, perhaps version 1109) using an older version (thru the BETA tab in Steam) might allow the old textures to shine thru.[but then the newer cars won't work either fwiw]

    Not sure which update specifically you are referring to, there has been lots of builds with gradually adding PBR support. Outlon is a modded track, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't have PBR shaders unless the modder has actually reworked the track to support these new shaders, which very few mods have. The color changes you are seeing are more likely due to change of sky properties or something else that got tweaked along with a build update. One way to get a better understanding what exact change triggered it is to go back to older builds in the Steam betas tab.

    Can "Reshade" be used to solve such issues?

    I will test the build 1118 or before

    If you can give me, cause most of all the mods have flashy green

    rofl, maybe you can give the preset...

    and with the build 1118 or 1116 it doesn't work.

    I don't see any PBR update for Oulton, it probably could use one. Also your comparison screens looks made in different lighting and time of day.

    P.S. in one of my projects I also had greenish lighting shade over everything, I had a problem with wrongly placed light probe. It look like if it could be exactly that judging by green shade on the A pillar.

    This is not an answer to the question but a general observation. Most default monitor settings are not correctly colour calibrated, I have bought a quite few monitors over the years and the only one that was correctly calibrated is my currant BenQ which is one of their Design Vue range. My previous monitor was a Dell which was a good monitor but that still needed calibrating. I use hardware to calibrate my monitors which takes readings from the actual screen. Software calibration is ok if that's all you have available but it still comes down to your interpretation of what your seeing on screen. Your room lighting also has an effect on colour balance, daylight balanced lighting will give you the best colour balance of your monitor. I've seen quite a few pictures of peoples rigs on the net and they have coloured rgb lighting around the the room which must be playing havoc with the colour balance of their screens. If people got their monitors calibrated there would probably be less complaints about the colour of the game.

    I was feeling like cheating my wife, but everybody on youtube have said Oulton from ACC is gorgeous, and with my flashy colors in rF2, without solution, I was trolled. But if there is a solution, I will appreciate it, I really wanted to race the Radical SR3 XX at Oulton in rF2.

    Experiment with Reshade. There are heaps of different filters to choose from where you can adjust things like colour warmth, exposure, saturation, contrast etc. I’d be surprised if you can’t get the picture close to how you’d like it

    In VR use Reshade with LUTs, specifically fine tuned for certain situations. I never had Oulton Park looking as you showed above without having the help of Reshade and this was already the case since Jan/Feb 2021 (back then I was in pancake mode)...

    Oulton park SCN file is missing ReflectionMapper=STATIC01 and IRRADIANCE_PROBE=IRRAD_GLOBAL, which resulted light greenish & yellowish tint.

    It can be fixed by adding following two lines into SCN (of each layout):

    ReflectionMapper=STATIC01
    {
    Type=Cubic
    TextureSize=(512)
    UpdateRate=(0.100)
    StaticSwitch=(300.000)
    Pos=(302.961,-17.055,-101.200)
    }
    IRRADIANCE_PROBE=IRRAD_GLOBAL
    {
    INFLUENCE_RANGE = (0.0)
    PROBE_POSITION = (302.961,-17.055,-101.200)
    }

    Hope the track will be updated some day. It is one of the best track.

    ----------------------
    Comparison, same default weather/lighting condition:

    without STATIC01 & IBL probe (green/yellowish tint)

    with STATIC01 & IBL probe (3m above ground)

    Perhaps you could leave a commentary on the workshop for Digga to update it?
