rFactor2 Single player setting do not work in MultiPlayer

I can enter Multiplayer and drive. However, default camera view is "bumper cam" only. "Look back" is unavailable. If I assign the same buttons on my G27 that I use in Single Player for camera view and look back in MultiPlayer, the controls lock up in the pit and my throttle does not work. I cannot leave the pit.

 

Is this in the comp system, or a random server? Are you using VR or not?

 

Not sure what the diff is between comp and random server? I select "More" for servers to access Multiplayer tracks. No, I am not using VR. Thanks.

 

press look left and right buttons simultaneously to look back.
