I finally took some time now to actually drive it a bit (for only 30 minutes yet) on Ibarra... It took you only 3(!!!!) months (not even?) to come THIS FAR with it already?? Car physics are fun (are they genuine or from one of the rF2 70s F1? I forgot EDIT: ah, found the answer , it actually feels nice and moves around dynamically), models look really good (This way of making Lego F1 has evolved into a full field of different looking cars), AI has some hickups. (but doesn't have to be mod-dependent/related. I think, i saw a six wheeler leaving the pits with burning engine and i wish so hard, rF2 would actually get the stutter throttle and gas fixed ) It's already one of my favourite pieces of content, when i want to get some 70s F1 vibes, after driving the early 70s high wings Steward and six wheeler car. May be a setup related thing, but are they all on the same physics or different? EDIT also here: found the answer a few posts ago Because the both cars, mentioned above, felt a bit different (both with 2 clicks more wing and slightly more open diff on coast, but same changes for both cars made), the Six Wheeler is more understeery into corners and needs more finesse on throttle, while the early 70s Steward car is gradually driving slightly sideways under control like a charm, i had the impression right now. (btw. guys, some cars have the Dunlop rain attached at default, so check the setup before starting driving ) What a blast and beautiful cars!! Very well done, feels like a steal, to drive around with it. ^^'
I don't see the BRM or the Ferrari, are they in the mod yet? Or will be uploaded in the final version?
How are these cars going to be categorised - like to see it done like those in the FIA Masters Historic F1
i confirm: - all F170_early cars have rain tyres as default in car/setup -Lauda March_04_72 have incorrect firestone tyres in car/setup (graphically are correct -goodyear-)
