I'm having a hard time believing you at this point, anyway, do as @Woodee asked above and prove me wrong.
Honestly, I don't care what you believe or not. Fact is, Steam's already admitted to the mistake. So I haven't done anything wrong either. But they also said that they can't or don't want to correct this mistake and that I should contact Studio397. But Studio397 neither answered any of my mails nor corrected this mistake. So end of the story.
From the very beginning, you have simply questioned everything I have written. You didn't read it right and misinterpreted a lot. Now you are saying I came here with an "attitude ..." Please stop talking such nonsense. You have 2916 messages in this forum - did you ever really help anybody or are you just here to tease on people? I have had enough of this forum. Thanks a lot.
Nope, as you were explained, that only proves you moved money to your Steam wallet, not that you actually purchased anything. It's very clear now.
We asked questions because you were so vague. It is clear now that you never really wanted anyone's help with this because most of the suggestions people have asked from you just haven't got through because you "know everything". @Marcel Offermans replied to you in your locked thread. What did you want to resolve from all the dummy spitting? What did you want Studio 397 to do with this transaction? Which we still haven't ascertained whether it was just funds added to your wallet or a confirmed store item purchase.
honestly time for someone from S397 Christopher Elliott to post on this thread then close it down. It does not look good for either party IMHO.
