    Hi,
I just bought a G29 after my old MS Sidewinder passed away. With this new wheel I got 45FPS avarage but with the Sidewinder I got 100+. What can be the problem?

I'm not to sure, did you remove any Sidewinder software or drivers and install the Logitech software?
Apart from that all I can suggest is this
    In your Controller.JSON found here: ..:\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Controller.JSON

Look for this line and set to true.
    "Use thread":true,
"Use thread#":"Use a separate thread to issue FFB commands which may block with some drivers"

What i did was to get the Logitech profiler and keep it running and uncheck the "allow game to make adjustments" and set all my settings in the profiler before running the game. I made the button configurations in game though.
