    Hi everyone!

So it has been AGES since I modeled an F1 car, mostly I just focus on other things,
and for that I do not use Maya, but now I am back trying to model a bit!
Here is the f1 2021 model. Took me some time and it without a doubt ain't perfect! can be cleaner and smoother, but for now it probably is what it is hehe untitled.3268.png

Now you just need someone like @Frenky to do some proper 21 physics

bit of work. Now the mapping placement needs work... Well in general a better mapping would help a lot xD but I never really properly done that

getting the airflow to exit the car up high, that would be a challenge in rF2. I don't believe they have options for how high the disturbed air is on exit. And I don't believe they give the trailing car any clean air benefits. Up til now, the disturbed dirty air was always on the same level as the trailing car, so coding would most likely only assume a trailing car would be in dirty air. Now you might be able to edit the wake's actual strength or width, but vertical? I dunno. Love the pics btw, it would be awesome if Redbull did use such colors!

@davehenrie you're over thinking it. rF2 doesn't track air turbulence in 3d, it just works out how much the wake affects cars. A simple reduction will suffice.

some clay renders, they always show well where errors are :)
also some updates on the model with now having those lines in there :)
the part of the head needs a bit of cleaning

Also... 1 image of a really old one where I fused a 2010 car I think it was with a 2008 car :p just had that in the preset of my maya file to create clay renders hehe
