DX11

    Is dx11 out? If so how do I install it for my game, My game doesn't look as good as I feel like it could

    Just ensure that you are using the latest version and DX11 will be the only option. rF2 is NEVER gonna be as full on gorgeous as some of the other pretty titles, but it is being improved bit by bit.
    Follow these instructions to ensure you are up to date.

    Are there like shaders or something because my game looks very bright.

    that usually means you have NON dx11 cars or tracks. Try one of the Steam/rF2 stock tracks like Nola or Zandvoort. If you still see the bright bloom effects, then switch cars to one that is done by S397 and updated to dx11. The Nissan GTR500 is free, Tatuus are free, those are all dx11 as are all the DLC cars and tracks.

    Unless you already have done so you should delete the contents of the CBash and Shaders folders found at ...\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\Log

    It may not be a fix but there is no harm in trying, except for a longer track loading time the first time while it rebuilds the possibly old shaders.
